COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Deep fry
Preheat vegetable oil to 180ºC
110g – Fry for 51/2 -6 minutes
140g – Fry for 6-7 minutes
Shallow fry
Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to a medium heat.
110g – Fry in a covered pan for 31/2 to 4 minutes each side
140g – Fry in a covered pan for 51/2 minutes each side
Oven bake
Preheat oven and dish or tray to 230ºC
110g – Bake for 9 minutes each side
140g – Bake for 12 minutes each side
