Shallow fry
Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to a medium heat.
Fry for 3 minutes each side, until golden brown.

Preheat the oven and dish or tray to 230ºC
Bake near the top of the oven for 7½ minutes each side, until golden brown.
Keep frozen. Sotre at/or below -18ºC.
