Chorizo pappardelle

Ingredients

  • 30ml oil
  • 500gm chorizo
  • 350gm pappardelle pasta
  • 350gm Knorr Thai Sweet Chilli Jam
  • 1lt cream
  • 200gm kalamata olives, pitted
  • 350gm cherry tomatoes
  • 30gm chives, chopped

Preparation

Spanish and Thai flavours tossed through a traditional creamy Italian pasta. What’s not to love.

  1. Cook pappardelle pasta until al dense.
  2. In a pan heat oil and add in the chorizo, cook until crispy and add Knorr Thai Sweet Chilli Jam. Add cream, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add pasta back to pan and toss.
  4. Serve and garnish with chives.
