INGREDIENTS:

Fish (hoki 35%), wheat flour, water, rice bran oil, dehydrated vegetables (sulphite), rice flour, salt, wheat bran, sugar, wheat gluten, thickeners (1404, 415), potato starch, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soy), yeast, colour (150d), fish sauce, herb, mustard flour, dextrose (tapioca, maize), acidity regulator (330), mineral salts (450, 500), flavour, spices, vegetable gum (412), fruit oil (lime), vegetable extract.

Contains gluten, wheat, soy, fish.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw product.

Deep fry
Preheat vegetable oil to 180ºC
Fry for 4-6 minutes until golden brown

Shallow fry
Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil
Fry in pan for 5-6 minutes each side until golden brown

Oven bake
Preheat oven to 230ºC
Bake for 10 minutes each side until golden brown

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen. Store at/or below -18ºC
